The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

By accessing, registering on, or using coyy99 in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.
2. You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
3. Your use of the Platform is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk and discretion.
4. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and coyy99, enforceable under the laws of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
5. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your country of residence and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful.

To use coyy99 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. coyy99 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where access to offshore online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for confirming your local legal position.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship or lacking legal capacity may not register.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from coyy99 or any affiliated platform. Self-excluded players who attempt re-registration will have accounts closed and balances forfeited.
• Not a Restricted Jurisdiction: Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly criminalized at the federal level are not eligible to register. coyy99 reserves the right to determine and update its list of restricted jurisdictions at any time.
• Own Behalf Only: You are registering and playing exclusively on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.

Registration on coyy99 requires accurate personal information. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current details during and after the registration process.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you must provide your legal full name (as it appears on your national ID / KTP), a valid email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and preferred account currency (IDR). Any false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. coyy99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4.3 KYC Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, coyy99 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit:

• A clear copy of your government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or valid passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO or DANA account showing your registered name)

coyy99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, or regulatory purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal request cancelled.

4.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person (identified by name, address, device ID, IP address, or payment method) will all be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

5.1 Accepted Methods

coyy99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets); and international cards (Visa, Mastercard) where supported.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Individual payment channels may impose higher minimums — refer to the payment methods section of the Platform for current channel-specific limits.

5.3 Deposit Currency

All accounts are denominated in IDR. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by coyy99 at the time of processing. coyy99 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.

5.4 Processing Times

Local Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes. Occasional delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, peak traffic periods, or security review. coyy99 is not liable for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

5.5 Deposit Ownership

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits (e.g., deposits made from another person's bank account) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts. Players must have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before the associated balance becomes withdrawal-eligible. Real-money deposits (minus any associated bonus conditions) are withdrawable at any time once verification is complete.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule) where technically possible. coyy99 supports withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank accounts, and OVO, DANA, GoPay e-wallets for Indonesian players.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits depend on account tier and verification status. High-value withdrawals may require additional documentation. Current limits are published in the Player Account section of the Platform.

6.4 Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operational window. coyy99 targets next-business-day completion in all cases. Delays due to third-party banking systems are outside our control.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

coyy99 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer fees or service charges — these are the Player's responsibility. coyy99 will notify you of any applicable platform-side fees before processing.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer. The general terms below apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players are eligible for coyy99's Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to Rp 20,000,000. This bonus is available to new registrants who have completed KYC and have not previously held a coyy99 account. The Welcome Bonus is limited to one claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Standard wagering requirement on all bonuses is 10x the bonus amount (unless otherwise stated in the promotion). Example: A Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 10,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Bets placed on certain games (specified per promotion) may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements.

7.4 Bonus Validity

Bonuses must be activated within 7 days of being awarded and wagering requirements completed within 30 days of activation, unless stated otherwise. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions will result in automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

coyy99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviors include: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated tools to complete wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets (e.g., simultaneously betting both outcomes to reduce wagering risk at minimal real exposure); and participation in any coordinated bonus farming scheme.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on coyy99 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. Key principles include: bets are final once accepted; live bet acceptance is subject to platform connectivity; voided events result in bets being returned at stake; and in the event of a dispute over a result, coyy99's ruling is final.

coyy99 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFC Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), FIFA World Cup, and 30+ other sports including badminton (All England, Indonesia Open, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), MotoGP (including the Pertamina Mandalika circuit), basketball, volleyball, and E-sports (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile National Championship).

Popular Indonesian betting formats — including bandar bola (Asian-style football bookmaker markets) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators) — are available and governed by the specific format rules published in the Sports Betting section.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios. Game rules are published by each studio and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnect during a live game round, the outcome recorded by the live studio's server is final. Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the session in question.

8.3 Slot Games

Slot games use Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP figures are long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of spins — individual session results will vary and the published RTP does not constitute a guarantee of any individual return. coyy99 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

8.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed within each game and market. coyy99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including on a per-account basis where unusual betting patterns are detected.

coyy99 is committed to responsible gaming and player protection. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable entertainment activity. We provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. On reaching the limit, the Player will be logged out automatically and a re-login cooling period will apply.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (30, 60, 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During any exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended and cannot be reactivated before the exclusion expires (or permanently, in the case of permanent exclusion). The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or third-party software to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies ("bug exploitation")
• Colluding with other players or internal staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity using the Platform
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity
• Abusing promotions through multi-accounting, offset betting, or any other circumvention method
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Platform staff or other users
• Attempting unauthorized access to coyy99's systems, databases, or infrastructure
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly criminalized at the federal level

11.1 Platform Availability

coyy99 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect service. coyy99 is not liable for losses arising from unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error (including incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or software malfunction), coyy99 reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. coyy99 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players.

11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coyy99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services

coyy99 integrates third-party payment processors, game studios, and data providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of any third-party service, including deposit or withdrawal delays caused by Indonesian banking infrastructure or e-wallet providers.

11.5 Player Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions are made solely by the Player. coyy99 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any bet or game, or for any financial loss incurred as a result of a Player's decision to gamble.

coyy99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on coyy99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. Key principles include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
• Personal data is not sold to third-party marketers. Sharing with regulated third parties (payment processors, compliance agencies) is limited to what is necessary for service delivery.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements.

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of unsettled bets) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms in Clause 6. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

13.2 Suspension by coyy99

coyy99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice where:

• Prohibited conduct under Clause 10 is detected or suspected
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age
• A Player is identified as being on a self-exclusion registry
• A Player provides false information during registration or KYC
• Required by law or a competent regulatory authority

In cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, coyy99 reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance. In non-fraudulent suspension cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned following investigation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which coyy99 holds its international gaming license. That jurisdiction's courts and arbitration panels have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players must first contact coyy99 customer support and allow 30 days for the matter to be resolved informally. Full cooperation with the support team's investigation is required during this period.

14.2 Formal Dispute

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision will be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Indonesian Law Notice

While coyy99 serves Indonesian residents, these Terms and the Platform's operations are governed by international gaming law and not by Indonesian domestic law. Players acknowledge that online gambling platforms operating offshore are not subject to Indonesian domestic gaming regulation. Players are individually responsible for compliance with their own local laws.

coyy99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect Player rights may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using coyy99 and contact support to close your account before the change takes effect.
